Retrato póstumo de Mark Linkous, un cantautor atormentado pero de preciosa sensibilidad, que entre 1995 y 2010 lideró el grupo estadounidense Sparklehorse. Su vida fue en parte un drama que incluyó la batalla contra la droga y el alcohol, parálisis, problemas mentales y, al final, a los 47 años de edad, el suicidio con un disparo en el pecho. En el primer tributo fílmico a su talento, hablan amigos y colaboradores, de grupos como Mercury Rev, Camper van Beethoven, Portishead y la banda de PJ Harvey.
